Being a pre-teen is tough. We know; many of us have pre-teen and young teens who have outgrown their toys but they’re still too young for adult sized ATVs or other recreational vehicles. For older children who want the thrill of the ride, the Razor Ground Force is the perfect solution. It is small and compact enough to accommodate younger users but packed with features that can keep up with the big boys. Razor scooters have long appealed to users of all ages, and this particular toy is made for that tough in-between age that stymies parents. At last you can do something right in the eyes of your preteen!
The Razor Ground Force is a powerhouse that puts most other electric ride on toys to shame. It features a high torque motor and a 24 volt sealed lead acid battery system that can produce speeds of 12 miles per hour. A big bonus for us and for other parents is that the variable speed, chain driven motor is remarkably quiet. This is ideal for backyard adventures that do not wake up the whole neighborhood. The motor provides enough power to thrill any child, making exceptional handling even more important. Don’t worry; the Ground Force is designed to keep your child firmly in control. Razor’s are known for innovative design, and the Ground Force is no exception. Razor has upgraded the rear axle design for increased steering and maneuvering power. This is a feature we have not seen on other battery powered toys. The Ground Force also has low profile cast aluminum wheels with 4.5 inch tires to grip a variety of surfaces and to maintain their integrity through a lot of hard use. Hand operated accelerator and brake systems add to the realism of the Ground Force’s.

No matter how old your child is, when you look at electric ride on toys, you look for safety and durability. Razor scooters have been so popular with kids and parents because they adhere to strict quality standards. The Ground Force is safe: we let our own children ride. The steel construction ensures that your child will have a rugged, dependable ride and that you can keep it for the next sibling to use. Not many toys can withstand so much use. There is also a shoulder and lap restraint system to make sure your child stays put even when at top speed. Add proper safety equipment like helmets and the included safety flag, and you’re ready to go.
We are big fans of electric ride on toys, and the Razor Ground Force has some features that we especially like, such as the durable battery. The battery delivers 45 minutes of continuous drive time on a single charge, which is about five minutes longer than comparable toys. What we really liked, though, was that the Ground Force only took four to six hours to recharge, compared to eight to twelve like other ride on toys. The fun can begin much, much sooner.
The Ground Force is designed for users eight and up and up to 140 pounds.
